General Return Terms
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order. If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or the product did not meet your expectations, we will issue a full refund of the item’s purchase price, provided it is returned in its original, unused condition. Please note that all shipping costs (both original and return) will be your responsibility.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. Simply notify us on the same day you receive the item by checking it upon delivery. We will either:
✔ Replace the item free of charge, or
✔ Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable, along with a discount code for your next purchase.
Returns & Exchanges for Non-Defective Items
If you wish to return or exchange an item that has no defects, the following conditions apply:
- You must select a replacement product.
- A new order will be created for the replacement item.
- You must pay for the new order in full, including delivery charges.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days.
- If the returned product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, no refund will be issued. You may collect the item from our store or request delivery for an additional 20 AED fee.
