RETURN & REFUND POLICY

General Terms

We accept returns within 3 days of receiving the product. If you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind, or the product wasn't what you expected, we will refund the full purchase price of the item, provided the product is returned in "like-new" condition. Please note that you will be responsible for covering all original and return shipping costs.


Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we will resolve the problem as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Just contact us, and we will work with you to arrange a replacement. If we are not able to replace the item, you will receive a full refund and a discount code for your next purchase to compensate for the inconvenience caused. However, you need to check the product when you receive it from our delivery courier and let us know about the damage on the same day.


Returning or Replacing an Item without defects

If you would like to return or replace an item that has no issues:

  1. 1- You must choose a new product.
  2. 2- A new order will be created for the new product.
  3. 3- You must pay the full amount for the new order along with the delivery charges.
  4. 4- After receiving the old product, we will review it and issue a refund within 3-5 business days. Please note that you will be responsible for covering all original and return shipping costs.
  5. 5- If the returned item is damaged, broken, or used, no refund will be issued. You will need to collect the item from our shop. If you prefer delivery of the returned item, a delivery charge of 20 AED will apply.
