# Refund Policy

At **Souk Al Ras**, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product, please review our policy below.

## **General Return Terms**

We accept returns within **3 days** of receiving your order. If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or the product did not meet your expectations, we will issue a full refund of the item’s purchase price, provided it is returned in its **original, unused condition**. Please note that all **shipping costs (both original and return) will be your responsibility**.

## **Defective or Damaged Items**

If you receive a **damaged or defective product**, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you. Simply notify us **on the same day** you receive the item by checking it upon delivery. We will either:  
✔ Replace the item free of charge, or  
✔ Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable, along with a **discount code** for your next purchase.

## **Returns & Exchanges for Non-Defective Items**

If you wish to return or exchange an item that has **no defects**, the following conditions apply:

1.  You must select a replacement product.
2.  A new order will be created for the replacement item.
3.  You must pay for the new order in full, including **delivery charges**.
4.  Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within **5-10 business days**.
5.  If the returned product is **damaged, used, or not in its original condition**, no refund will be issued. You may collect the item from our store or request delivery for an additional **20 AED** fee.
